National Ground Game is the largest organization countering Turning Point USA, focused on building disciplined, student-led organizing infrastructure across high schools and colleges nationwide. We train young leaders to execute serious, compliant ground operations and win.

We are seeking a highly organized, driven Chapter Coordinator to recruit student leaders, launch chapters, and ensure consistent execution and accountability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Recruit, onboard, and manage student-led college and high school chapters

• Serve as the primary point of contact for chapter leaders

• Train students on organizing basics, volunteer recruitment, and event execution

• Track chapter activity and enforce clear goals and expectations

• Apply for and manage permits for chapter events and activities

• Ensure all chapter work complies with PAC and school rules

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong organizer with excellent follow-through

• Experience in student organizing, campaigns, or youth leadership

• Comfortable managing multiple chapters and deadlines

• Clear communicator who can lead and hold others accountable

COMPENSATION

• Remote position

• Pay: $20/hour

• Occasional travel required; travel expenses covered
