POSITION OVERVIEW

The Call Time Manager plays a critical role in supporting candidates’ fundraising efforts by managing daily call time operations, donor follow-up systems, and fundraising tracking. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to support candidates in a fast-paced political environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support candidates’ daily call time schedules and systems

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain call sheets and donor lists

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor databases

  • Track fundraising goals and report progress to campaign leadership

  • Coordinate donor outreach and follow-up efforts

  • Ensure candidates are equipped with appropriate messaging, materials, and preparation for call time

  • Handle sensitive donor and campaign information with professionalism and discretion

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Comfort working with donor databases and fundraising tools

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • Familiarity with political campaigns or fundraising preferred but not required

  • Commitment to progressive values and electing Democrats

COMPENSATION

  • $22 per hour, paid weekly

  • Automatically increases to $23 per hour following successful completion of a 90-day probationary period
