National Ground Game is the largest organization countering Turning Point USA, focused on building disciplined, high-impact political organizing infrastructure nationwide. We move fast, operate professionally, and take visuals seriously.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to produce sharp, on-brand digital assets that support organizing, fundraising, and chapter growth across all social platforms and our websites.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, email, and web

• Create templates and brand-consistent assets for student chapters

• Turn rapid-turn requests into clean, effective visuals

• Collaborate with leadership to execute campaign and organizing priorities

• Maintain visual consistency across all National Ground Game & UFA tour materials

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong design portfolio with digital-first work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools

• Familiarity with political or advocacy design is required

• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

• Comfortable taking direction and meeting tight deadlines

COMPENSATION

• Remote position

• Pay: $20/hour

• No travel required
