Shane Coughlin is the Administrative Director at National Ground Game. In this role, he handles day-to-day operations, staff management, and HR for the organization.

Prior to his work at National Ground Game, Shane was the Administrative Coordinator and a member of the Board of Directors at the Institute to Promote Understanding of Modern Monetary Theory (MMT). During his time there, he worked with several prominent economists, academics, and finance professionals, including Warren Mosler, Dr. Joseph Firestone, Dr. Steven Hail, Dr. Phil Armstrong and many others.

Before the Institute, Shane held significant positions at the KRTD Media Group, where he served as Executive Director and President. He played a key role in developing shows for the KRTD Media Network and conducted numerous interviews with politicians and individuals in the independent media sphere.

Shane is a graduate of Torrens University, where he earned a graduate certificate in the economics of sustainability, and he is currently pursuing his master's degree.
